Refund & Return Policy

All sales of digital accounts and related items are final. Due to the non-tangible nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns or refunds once credentials have been disclosed or accessed.
1. Digital Asset Delivery
All purchased products are delivered digitally into your Customer Dashboard immediately after successful payment authorization. Because credentials are text-based and non-returnable once revealed, all sales are considered final upon delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted under the following conditions:
- The buyer has accessed, viewed, or copied the delivered account credentials.
- Account suspensions or verification blocks resulting from the buyer's IP, proxy, or software usage post-delivery.
- Accidental orders or change of mind after credentials dispatch.
3. Exceptional Replacements
In rare cases where a technical glitch prevents credentials dispatch prior to disclosure, our support team will inspect system logs and issue a replacement account or balance credit within 24–48 hours.
