By accessing or using the services provided by Buy PVA Accounts, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchases.
All sales of digital accounts and related items are **final**. Due to the nature of digital goods, **we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds** under any circumstances once the account credentials have been delivered. Please ensure you are ordering the correct item before proceeding.
1. Product Delivery
Account credentials (e.g., username, password, email) will be delivered automatically or manually into your Account Dashboard Dashboard ("My Orders") upon verified payment. Standard delivery is automated, but manual inspection might add up to 24 hours.
2. Buyer Responsibility and Risk
Once login credentials have been provided, the full liability of the account transfers over to you. We are not responsible for any security breaches, suspensions, or proxy verification verification blocks caused by your IP address, browser footprint, or bot algorithms following the delivery.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the purchased accounts for making fraudulent purchases, running spam campaigns, executing coordinate attacks that violate local cybersecurity standards, or sending phishing links to other parties. Any misuse will result in permanent account termination and dashboard access revocations.
4. Re-Verifications
Most accounts are delivered fully operational. If a social network requires phone re-verification after 48 hours of asset usage, it is strictly your responsibility to solve it using your own SMS services. We do not offer maintenance for pre-owned profiles once used in your environment.
5. Revisions of Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time without advance notice. Your continued use of our dashboard after such edits means you accept and abide by the updated clauses outline.
